THE TIGHTS - Formed in 1977 in Worcester. The Tights were the first band to be signed to the legendary Cherry Red Records label. Their debut single Bad Hearts released in '78 reached number 6 in the Indie Chart and got Record Mirrors single of the Week. The second single Howard Hughes reached number 4 in the chart. They reformed in 2004 and resigned to Cherry Red Records .Their new album (pre - release) ' TV , Work & Bed ' will be available at gigs.
